Delivery Information

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, please select the option you prefer at checkout.

If your order is urgent we recommend opting for Guaranteed Next Day

Order placed after 10AM will be dispatched the next working day, dispatch date isn't included in the delivery time.

Once your order is dispatched we aren't responsible for any delays.

However, in the event your order hasn't been delivered after 10 working days, from dispatch date, please contact us.

If you miss your delivery and your order is returned back to us, postage will need to be covered by you in order to resend the item.

All International orders are shipped via ParcelForce Tracked, in the event this courier is not available, then we will use an alternative service

Delivery times vary depending on country and prices are available once your country has been selected at checkout

We aren't responsible for any tax or duty added to your parcel upon delivery.

Orders are processed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Therefore, please bear this in mind when ordering.
